Welcome to the Digital Learning Summer Summit schedule. Keep in mind that Sched is simply a way for us to display what events are taking place. You will not be able to reserve a spot in a session using this tool. Please check back often to see any updates or changes. We look forward to transforming learning together. Thank you for your commitment to strengthening your professional effectiveness to improve student achievement.
You can put all your sources together into one collection by including links, videos, bookmarks, images, PDFs, and more. You can even edit the sources by giving them their own name and descriptions. Take this a step further and have your students create their own Wakelets! Students can collaborate together, work on Genius Hour projects, complete PBLs, and share their Wakelets with anyone in the world. Let them take their learning into their own hands!
I'm an ITS that loves learning about new technology in education. I’m passionate about sharing ideas with teachers so they can get excited about using technology as well!
Less screen time? Sounds like a dream! Get your students engaged in the process of creating their own podcast with their classmates. They'll love to listen to their ideas come to life, and be able to share them with the world. Also great for PBLs and student clubs.

Two first grade teachers from Diamond Springs Elementary will share their experiences and knowledge about creating self-paced activities in Schoology. Teachers will participate in a self-paced activity in Schoology then learn the steps involved in creating their own self-paced assignment. Some of the features we will focus on in Schoology include media albums, pages, discussions, Google Drive Assignments App, and more!
